We work with landowners and developers to progress opportunities, providing strategic advice, development feasibility, planning & commercial guidance, and development expertise to unlock value and deliver successful schemes.
We are a family run business, one that has been in the land, planning and development industry since the 1950's, across 3 generations. We have a proven track record over many decades, and have deep experience and expertise on adding real value to land and property assets, through deliverable consents and commercially viable schemes.

Featured Projects
Silver Rise
Planning consent achieved for 40 much-needed market and affordable homes in South Petherton, Somerset. A mixture of 2-4 bed houses and bungalows, built to a high-quality, highly sustainable standard. Commencement of works anticipated for Q4 2026, following reserved matters approval.
Houndsfield Gardens
Planning consent granted at appeal for 50 dwellings and a commercial/community building. This is one of the first major schemes across the UK to achieved consent on Grey Belt land. An affordable led scheme, with 1-3 bed apartments, bungalows and houses, with 4 x custom build plots. Commencement of works anticipated for Q4 2026, following reserved matter approval.
